Orders can be canceled within 4 hours or before shipping. No refunds, only exchanges for damaged products during transport. To cancel, email 3zero3dprinting@gmail.com with your Order ID. Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging; figurine boxes once opened are non-returnable. For damaged or incorrect items, exchanges are offered, with a Rs. 100 shipping reimbursement for returns via Speed Post.
